Robert E. Cuttle, CPM®

Robert E. Cuttle, CPM®, of Richmond, RI, will serve as the 2012 and 2013 Regional Vice President for Region 1. During his two-year term, he will have oversight for the activities of IREM® chapters in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Cuttle is a Regional Director with Trinity Management LLC based in Boston, MA. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he is responsible for overseeing the operations of Trinity Managements’ residential portfolio in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
He earned his Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation from IREM in 2001, and has been active in the organization ever since. He has held numerous positions with IREM’s Greater Rhode Island Chapter No. 88, serving as chapter president in 2009 and 2010, and was honored as its “CPM® of the Year” in 2011. Nationally, he was a member and then vice chair of IREM’s Education Committee and served in 2010 on the IREM Job Analysis Task Force. As well, he was the recipient in 2007 of the organization’s “Rising Star” award.
Cuttle has been a member of the Zoning Board of Review for the town of Richmond, where he and his family reside, since 2009 and has recently been appointed to The State of Rhode Islands’ Housing Appeals Board for a two-year term.
