The Health Office will be open for emergencies only from 7:38am until 8:30am due to Health Screenings.

Animal Shelter Drive: Michael Keller is hosting a drive for the Burlington County Animal Shelter. There are flyers posted throughout the building of needed items. Please make donations in room 222 by February 9th.

Dodgeball Tournament: The Class of 2019 is sponsoring a dodgeball tournament on March 2nd. The cost is $120 for every 8 person team. One team member should see Ms. Downey for the registration packet. Money and registration is due by 2/10

Students

Sophomores: Any sophomore that signed up for the trip to NYC please see Ms. Downey before or after school to sign-up for your dinner.

Seniors: If you still have the TORCH questionnaire please hand it in to Ms. Nicola ASAP.

Police Explorer Meeting: Police Explorer meeting Monday, 2/6 after school at 2pm in the SRO trailer.

SENIORS: On Monday, February 6th, Mr. Gary Lehman, our representative for Herff Jones, will be at Riverside High School at 9:00 a.m. to measure all seniors for their graduation cap and gown. The total cost to the student is $25 for the cap and gown. Payment is due at time of measuring. If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to Riverside High School.

Also, available at this time will be the opportunity to purchase graduation announcements and other graduation supplies from the Herff Jones packet distributed at school. If paying by a check for any items purchased from this packet, please make your check payable to Herff Jones.

Student Council: There will be a general student council meeting on Tuesday, February 7th, all students are welcome.

Attention all FRESHMAN and SOPHOMORES: Don’t forget to remind your parents to attend the Wednesday meeting at 6 PM in room 109, if you are interested in going to Québec and Puerto Rico the summer of 2019 with the World Language Club. Please see Señora Szul or Madame Franz with any questions.

Blood Drive: Any student 16 years of age or older that would like to donate blood and help save a life please see Mrs. Hunter in room 222 to sign up. The blood drive is March 1st in the high school gym.

Guidance

Course selection sheets are due now. All courses selected for next year must be approved by your current teacher, have a parent signature, and provide alternate choices for elective courses. Completed course selection sheets should be turned into the guidance office now.

Lincoln College of Technology will be coming to speak with our seniors on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 regarding the presentation, “Life After High School”. This will be held from 12:30 PM to 1:54 PM in the library. Please sign up in guidance ASAP.
