RIMINI FIERA AND FIERA DI VICENZA SIGN A LETTER OF INTENT

WITH THE GOAL OF INTEGRATING THE TWO COMPANIES

Rimini - Vicenza, May 9th2016 - Rimini Fiera S.p.A. and Fiera di Vicenza S.p.A., two leading Italian trade fair organisers,have signed a letter of intent to reach an exclusive agreement, according to which they willexamine the feasibility of an operationthat willintegratethe two companies.

Their ultimate objective is to establishthe country’sprimary nationaltrade show organizer, which also willbe active internationally. The letter of intent also confirms theirintention to list the new company on the stock exchangewithin an established timeframe.
