LOCATION & PARKING
The RACC is located on Parkshot, and is a 5 minute walk from Richmond town centre and train station. Parking is available in the large car park off the A316 (on the right if driving from Twickenham). Drive as far to the left hand side of the car park as possible – there is a back entrance to the College from the car park. The main entrance to the College is on Parkshot, and there is limited disabled parking here. The exhibition is in the Atrium on the ground floor of the College.
ELIGIBILITY
Only paid-up exhibiting members may submit work. This must be the unaided work of the artist. All work must be dry. Work will be considered on merit and may be subject to selection.

SALES
All works must be for sale with minimum prices of – displayed work £60; ceramics £30; portfolios £30. Commission on sales is 20%.
Fees are non-refundable. Cheque made payable to Richmond Art Societyto be sent with copy A of the submission form. Copy Bis for your records, but bring to handingInas it may be needed in the event of any discrepancy. It may be needed at each desk (displayed works, portfolios, cards) as appropriate.

CARD REGISTRATION
Cards must now be registered before the exhibition
To register cards either fill in and post the form, or send an email with this information (preferred option)to:

by Tuesday 14th November.
No unregistered cards will be accepted on the day.
Please bring your registered cards with you on handing in day. Even if registered, we cannot accept cards after handing in day.
STEWARDING FEE
Due to recent difficulties filling the stewarding rota at exhibitions we have decided to re-introduce the stewarding fee. Please bring with you on handing in day, Friday 17th November, an additional cheque for £10 made payable to the Richmond Art Society (or cash). This can be collected back by exhibitors when they fulfil their stewarding duty (otherwise the cheque/cash will be retained by the Society).
LABELLING- ALL WORKS (except cards) -
Please make sure ALL works have an adhesive labelwith your name, title of work, medium, price and your telephone number. Fix label on the back of displayed pictures and pictures for browsers; for sculpture and ceramics put label in an accessible place, preferably not on view.
DISPLAYED WORK
Pictures and Prints, eg, etchings, original Art Photography/Computer Work must be properly presented in good quality standard frames. Oil paintings need not be framed if they are on a solid support and if the picture itself is considered as suitable for such treatment by the Selection Committee. Sculpture should, if large, be provided with suitable support. No electronic reproductions, eg, giclees of original pictures/prints, allowed.
SIZE
Maximum size for pictures is 50cm x 70cm (approx) - anything larger than this will count as two pictures (alternatively, you can just submit one large work). Ceramics or sculptures to be displayed in the glass cabinets must not be larger than 40cm high x 60cm wide.
HANGING FIXTURES
Pictures must be ready for hanging i.e. with D rings fixed 1/3 down and with sufficient cord (no wire please) as per diagram. If screw eye or other projecting cord fixings used they should be covered with tape).
BROWSERWORK
They must be suitably covered for protection (e.g. clear cellophane). Reproductions (e.g. giclee prints) are allowedand will be placed in a separate browser (in the Registration Form put “R” in the medium column).
CARDS
Maximum number 20, which can include up to 3 different prices in multiples of 50p, ie, £1.50, £2.00, etc. Cards must be suitably wrapped, e.g. cellophane sleeves and should be clearly labelled showing the artist’s name and price. No postcards.

HANDING IN
Work for hanging and all three dimensional works for display will be given a number according to the catalogue when work is handed in. Please make a note of the number(s). Please take any wrapping away with you.
INSURANCE
Whilst every care will be taken of work submitted, neither the Society nor the Vestry House Trustees can accept responsibility for loss or damage.
COLLECTION OF UNSOLD WORK ON SUNDAY 26TH NOVEMBER
Work cannot be collected until after 10am on Sunday morning to allow time to take down the exhibition.
Please note the catalogue numbers of your works when you hand them in on 17th November.
You MUST collect your work yourself or arrange for someone else to collect it as nothing can be stored. If you are going to be late PLEASE let us know! Caroline Sayer: 07767 201710.
No-one will be at the College to supervise uncollected work after 11am on Sunday.
CARDS
Cards will be in bundles on the CARD DESK in alphabetical order. Count them and agree number of cards with person on desk. You will then be paid, less commission.
PUBLICITY
