Five-Factor Model Inventory Questionnaire
Working in a not-for-profit context is becoming increasingly complex and challenging. As a part of the application process, we invite you to complete the Five-Factor Model which estimates your level on five broad personality domains. The inventory questionnaire will ask you to provide a name, age, country and gender which helps the inventory provider to compare your results to others who have taken the inventory. You are encouraged to delete the age range from the report you provide us. Individual answers are not shown in the results. NOTE: The inventory uses the term Neuroticism as one of the five factors. Another way of understanding neuroticism is your emotional stability or your ability to cope with the demands of life.
To forward the results, please copy the results from your web browser into a document/pdf to send with your application.
