TheLouisianaDepartmentofWildlifeandFisheries (WL&F)LawEnforcementDivisionissolicitingbidsfor catering servicesfor the next Enforcement Academy (32) and In-Service Trainings. Prices must be valid for one year with an option to renew at the same price, terms and conditionsfor a period of 2 additional years. Before submitting a bid, please ensure that meals will be provided in accordance with themeal detailsbelow.

Academy 32 will begin on Monday, July 2, 2018 and will last/or approximately 26 weeks. Some weeks WL&F will notrequire meals (when cadets travel) and some weeks WL&F may need mealsfor up to 50 people (during In-Service weeks). After the academy, WL&F meal requirement will be reduced to one week each month (February - June) for approx. 24-30 people each day.

Meal Details

-Breakfast, lunch and dinner must beserved Monday through Thursday.Friday only breakfast and lunch will be required.

-All meals must be delivered to ourfacility 4142 North Flannery Road, Baton Rouge, La. 70814. Breakfast shall be delivered by 6am, lunchfor 11am and dinnerfor 6pm.

-All meals will be ordered the preceding week via email. Contractor will receive an email requesting mealsforxamount of Cadets along with any other special instructions for the week.

-All invoices must besent via email monthly.

-All meals are served buffet style on a warming tray provided by the contractor.

-Breakfast shall be eggs, meat, and either potatoes or grits and a bread selection. Pancakes, French toast, etc. are also acceptable substitutes. Additionally, WL&F requires cereal andfreshfruit on hand with milk, juice and coffee.

-Lunch and dinner shall be protein, starch and vegetables with bread and desert, iced tea or lemonade. WL&F is open to contractors menu, but WL&F does not want boxed or packaged meals such as frozen dinners or plastic wrapped sandwiches.

-Sandwiches are acceptable at times, WL&F asksfor bag lunches to be delivered when meals are consumedoff site and for lunch on Fridays.

-Electronic menus will be provided every month.

-Plates, cups and utensils will need to be provided. No paper products. Used or dirty items will be placed in a bus container, which is picked up when meals are delivered. The cleaned items are replaced upon the next delivery.

The agency intends to hire 24 Cadets but meals based on this number may fluctuate throughout the duration of the academy.
