Q’s & A’s

  1. Page two refers to the Letter of Intent. Is this due now?
Answer – No, this is not due at this time. It will be required from those that make the short-list.
  2. The Overview mentions Owner’s Rep. Should that be Construction Manager?
Answer – Yes, that was an error on the RFQ. It will be corrected and re-posted on Wednesday. The RFQ Overview document will be revised to reflect the correction and updated on the website and sent to everyone on the conference call that emailed their contact information to following the call.
  3. On the RFP, it talks about having healthcare experience. Is that needed on all three projects?
Answer – It will depend on which project(s) you are bidding on. Projects that require AHCA review (the HVAC Modification project and the USP 800 Pharmacy project) will need healthcare experience; the Day Care Center project will not. It is important, though, to show your recent & relevant experience.

Answer – Documents should be sent as a PDF file to .
  10. Can our document be two-sided?
    Answer – No, one-sided.

Answer – No, please only include documents requested in the RFQ.
  13. Can you give us the timeline for the HVAC & Child Development Center projects?
