President, Chris Morrison

·  Has schedule for TNT, look for upcoming emails to sign up

·  We need 2 volunteers to unload the truck on May. 21st

·  Project Graduation needs 30 volunteers to work inside on June 3rd 3pm and 8pm

·  Ovation Festival is May. 20th, volunteers needed.

·  In a formal voice vote by saying “aye” the parents and Board members present

voted by four votes into new positions, Nikki Wynne for President, Erica Crowson

for Secretary, Cindy Klonis Kenney for Vice President and Rob Kenney for Pit Crew.

·  There are still positions open needing to be filled

Band Director, Eric Mullins

·  Project Graduation June 3rd, needs 30 volunteers

·  Ovation Festival May. 20th needs volunteers

·  Band students are in the middle of leadership auditions

·  Banquet tickets are on sale for $15 until May.13th

·  Band Concert May.17th at Willie Pigg

·  Band auditions May 23rd-27th

·  Leadership camp in the summer

·  Marching band days May. 31st, June 1st-2nd

·  Next years’ show called “Barber”

Chaperone Coordinator, Jennifer Reilly

·  All points entered into Charms

·  will send emails with information

·  Scholarship application for Seniors is due May. 11th at 3pm

·  A committee will look at scholarship essays

General Fundraising, Stephanie Gormley, was not present.

Spirit Wear Coordinator, Sonja Warren, was not present.

Treasurer, Habibba Noman

·  Reported a balance of $21,749.00 some checks are still out.

Vice President, Tim Christakis

·  Had nothing to report.

Uniform Coordinator, Shae Christakis

·  Reported everything is good with the uniforms.

Hospitality Coordinator, Marlon Date, was not present.

Banquet Report, Clari Fennell, was not present.

·  Mrs. Reilly stated the menu for banquet dinner is Black Eyed Pea and gave some details

on the decorations. The last day for ticket sales is Friday, May 13th.

Color Guard Coordinator, Pam Jarrett, was not present.

Pit Crew Coordinator, Andra Carter, was not present.
