SCHEDULE B:PRICING

Proponents are to provide Pricing Information directly onto this [Schedule B] in the table provided and after the word “RESPONSE”.

1.0General

1.1All prices quoted shall include all planning, administration, experienced and qualified labour, equipment, materials, record keeping, safety inspections, traffic control, landfill tipping fees, disposal fees, supervision, aeration, nutrients, lime, fertilizer, permits, licences, insurances and all other related costs for the completion of the Services identified in [Schedule B].

1.2Prices quoted are in Canadian Currency.

1.3 Prices quoted exclude the HST. The HST is shown as a separate line item.

1.4The annual contract price is paid in equal payment invoiced at the completion of each month service.

2.0Contract Price

2.1For the purpose of evaluation, for 2012 the Contract pricing is based on (7) months, June 1st to December 31st, with the exception of R.C.M.P. Grounds, Firehall Annex and the Community Services Building, where service commences July 1, 2012.

2.2Unit Rates for Addition and Deletions to Services Performed Under Contract Price

The City may adjust the Scope of Services or remove or add work sites during the term of the Agreement. The following unit rates shall be used to increase or decrease the Scope of Services, or work sites.
