REVISED GUIDELINES FOR RECRUITMENT

I.The recruitment has to be made on contract basis and the contract is initially for a period of one year and renewal will be as per the need and NHM yearly plan (PIP) and also subject to satisfactory performance.

II. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

M.Phil in Economics with five years experience in Health Care Financing.
OR
MBA (Finance) with PG Diploma in Health Care Financing or equivalent with two years experience.
Consultant (M&E) / Masters Degree in Epidemiology / Demography / Biostatistics / Public Health with 2 years experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Data Analysis in Health Sector.
State Blood Cell / State Coordination Officer / Masters Degree in Public Health/Hospital Administration with 3 years experience in blood bank management / Health Sector.
NPCDCS / State Programme Coordinator /
  1. MBBS from recognized Medical Council of India
  2. Diploma / Masters in Public Health / Community Health Administration (Diploma 2Yrs / PG 3 Yrs)
  3. Atleastone year experience of working in Health Services /Public Health Programme in Non Communicable Diseases.

Epidemiologist / PH Specialist /
  1. MBBS from recognized Medical Council of India
  2. Diploma / Masters in Public Health or MD / DNB in preventive / Social Medicine / Community Medicine, Community Health Administration / MBA (Health Care Administration).
  3. Atleast2 years experience in Health Management.

NTCP / State Consultant /
  1. PG in Public Health or Social Sciences or Management or Related field from recognized institute / university.
OR
  1. MBBS or BDS
Experience
At least 3-5 yrs of work experience in health sector. Experience in Tobacco control issues and knowledge about international / National Tobacco control policies and health program will be given preference.
Legal Consultant / Minimum qualifications of a degree in law from a recognized university. 3 yrs of Experience of handling cases in District court / High court.
IDSP / State Epidemiologist / i.MBBS with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine / Public Health or Epidemiology. (Such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc)
ii.Any Medical Graduate with 3 years experience in Epidemiology / Public Health
iii.Minimum 2 years experience in Public Health Programmes or Epidemiology.
RNTCP / Asst. Programme Officer / Epidemiologist /
  1. MBBS or equivalent degree from Institution recognized by Medical Council of India, must have completed compulsory rotatory internship or Master Degree in Public Health / Hospital Administration or PhD in Epidomiology / Statistics / Community Health / Public Health after graduation.
  2. Two years experience in any public health programme.

Medical Officer-STC /
  1. MBBS or equivalent Degree recognized by Medical Council of India; must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.

DRTB Coordinator /
  1. MBBS or equivalent degree from Institution recognized by Medical Council of India, must have completed compulsory rotatory internship.

Comprehensive District Disease Control cell / District Epidemiologists /
  1. Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine / Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc)
  2. Any Medical Graduate with 2 years experience in Epidemiology / Public Health.
  3. Minimum 2 years experience in issues related to Public Health Programmes or Epidemiology

District Data Manager / BE in IT/B.Tech (Computers)/MCA/Msc Computers

III. AGE

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 44 years. The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01-08-2017 with the following relaxations allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per rules:

  1. For S.Cs., S.Ts & BCs 5(Five) years.
  2. For ex-service men 3(Three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
  3. Disabled persons 10(ten) years.

Rule of reservation to be followed for posts which are more than one

V.METHOD OF RECRUITMENT

For eligible applicants recruitment will be made by awarding 80% of marks for marks obtained in qualifying examination and 20% marks for experience and interview.
