Capital Fund Campaign Pledge Card

Purpose: The Living Faith Capital Fund Campaign will meet the challenges of ministry and community outreach in this new millennium. In addition, the Capital Fund Campaign will fund thenew construction of our permanent Worship Center here in the Northwest Suburban Communities.

Tax Deductible Gift: Living Faith CWC Church is a tax-exempt entity, qualified under Section 501 (C-3) of the Internal Revenue Code. LFCWC will forward documentation of your gift, at the end of each year.

Contributions can be made via stocks, bonds, annuities, life insurance policies, and real estate. If you are interested in making a contribution in these, or in any other form, contact Charlayne Brown, Chairperson, of the LFCWC Capital Fund Campaign.
