·  Performance Assessment: Assisting in coordinating and groundwork for Annual Performance Review.

·  Admin. Activities: Keeping track of the office requirements related to stationery, House keeping, Pantry, Issuing stationery to the staff, receiving all the bills & then forwarding to the concerned department, sorting out day to day issues related to staff & the office etc.
·  Grievance Handling: look after employee complains and provide them the most suitable solution
·  Employee Separation: Initiation the process of full & final settlement of outgoing employees & ensuring that all exit formalities are complete.
·  Employee welfare: conducting birthday celebration, employee of the month award and various employee engagement activities.
