Responsibility guarantee and accredited journalist’s rights and obligations
1. The journalist ID card may not be passed to other person; it is a property of the organizer or the race promoter. Breaking any safety or organization rules and not following instructions of the organizer will result in an immediate cancellation of this ID card and banishment from the site. The ID card must specify the holder’s name. The car entrance permit must specify the car license plate number. Without this information the permit will be canceled immediately.
2. Materials obtained with the accreditation may only be used for journalist purposes by the accredited individuals. If breach of this rule was detected it may result in refusal to grant accreditation for all ASN events for at least one year.
3. Every accredited journalist must unconditionally respect all rally safety rules, follow instructions of the organizer and the track supervisors. They must not endanger the race, their own safety and safety of others by their behavior.
4. The accredited party and every ID card holder understand that the rally may be dangerous and that they attend the race on their own risk. They undertake and declare that neither now nor in the future they will claim a compensation for damage, blame or sue ASN, the rally organizers, promoters, national sport associations or clubs participating in the rally, propagators and any other participating team or racer, race track owner or other organizations participating in the rally, including the directorate, individual members, activists, employees, agents, service providers, representatives and contractual partners in the case of personal injury or death or loss of any kind on the side of the ID card holder in relation with his/her participation in the rally.
5. The accredited party undertakes not to cause any damage to both ASN and the organizer and not to claim any compensation for any damage caused by any third party (personal injury or death or loss of any kind) during the rally from neither ASN nor the organizer as well as from their activists.
6. Journalists/photographs are entitled to receive all available information concerning the race organization and progress (race results, press information etc.) which will be made available in the press centre for the entire duration of the event.
7. In the case that the cooperation with the broadcasting organization will be canceled during the accreditation proceedings the applicant for accreditation is obliged to announce this fact to the organizer. This will automatically result in an obligation to submit a new application for accreditation otherwise the accreditation will not be granted.
8. The applicant for accreditation is obliged to respect al hygienic and cultural rules associated with his/her work and the respective workplace. He/she undertakes not to limit activities of his/her colleagues due to his/her behavior as well as other journalists and people performing their activities during the race.
