RESOLUTION GRANTING RENEWAL OF LIQUOR LICENSES

WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER

NEW JERSEY FOR 2010-2011

WHEREAS, certain individuals, corporations and associations have made application to the Township Committee of the Township of Franklin for renewal of plenary retail consumption licenses, club licenses and plenary retail distribution licenses for the period from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 20101 and

WHEREAS, all the applicants whose names are set forth on the annexed schedule have complied with the requirements of the State Of New Jersey and the Township of Franklin in filing of said applications and paying the fee for renewal of the respective licenses listed on the annexed schedule.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Franklin Township Committee that all liquor licenses set forth on the list attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution be, and are hereby renewed for the 2010-2011 licensing year.

This renewal shall take effect July 1, 2010.
