Fighters Project

A Wrinkle in Time

chapter 5

We have been discussing good and evil in class as we read A Wrinkle in Time. In chapter 5 of the novel, the children are shown the Dark Thing that is trying to cover Earth, as well as other planets in and out of our galaxy. When Calvin asked what the Dark Thing was, he was told it was evil. The children were told that some of the greatest fighters of evil were from our planet. They were also told that their father had been fighting the Dark Thing when he disappeared.

You are going to research a fighter of evil and present your research to the class. You may choose from the list of fighters below (these are the fighters listed in chapter 5) or you may choose someone not on the list. If you choose someone not on the list, I must approve your choice. All students must tell me who they are researching by Monday, 5-13-13.
