III. PRELIMINARY ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY (PAB): 5 sources per individual; proper MLA format; paragraph of summary; paragraph of evaluation
IV. FINAL ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY (FAB): 5 best sources; decided as a group; shared MLA (perfect!); individual summary & evaluation; submitted by each student
V. ANALOGY: in-class assignment; journal-length; analogous to your side of the issue
VI. FINAL ANALOGY: group’s best; decided as a group
VII. DISCOVERY: each student will create a packet that contains the 5 final sources; then s/he will exchange packets with a member of the opposition group
VIII. WORKING OUTLINE: discussed as a group; written/submitted as an individual; Rogerian Method
IX. PROPOSAL: process-as-a-whole overview essay; what you have done thus far & what you have yet to do; individual submission
X. OPPONENT’S CRITICAL RESPONSE to FINAL ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY (OCR-FAB): an FAB of the sources you received during Discovery
XI. SUMMARY of the OTHER SIDE (SOS): each group member will contribute to a full, fair, and objective summary of the Discovery materials; taken from your OCR-FAB; individual submission
XII. ROUGH DRAFT: each student will compose a draft of the essay
XIII. FINAL OUTLINE: each student will submit an outline of her/his essay
XIV. WORKS CONSULTED: at least 10 sources from both sides; exact MLA; FAB + OCR
XV. FINAL DRAFT: each student will submit a final, proof read, stapled draft
XVI. PRESENTATIONS: 3 parts: presentation (your side), rebuttal, summation
