1.  Welcoming chairman of CTIF commission “Rescue and Fire Fighting on Airports”, Ole J. Hansen.

The chairman welcomed the members of the CTIF Airport Commission to this year’s meeting in Zurich.

The chairman explained the goals of the meeting.

2.  Welcome – Robert Schmidli, Swiss fire fighting Association.

3.  Welcome Zurich Airport – Peter Frei, Head of Safety & Security.

4.  Welcome – Peter Tschümperlin, Federal Office of Civil Aviation.

5.  Approval of minutes of meeting Frankfurt 2014 and agenda 2015. Ole J. Hansen.

The agenda was agreed upon.

6.  New members – regrets.

Ljubljana Airport with Milan Dubravac was the new airport in the commission.

Possible new airports in the commission are: Ian Webb, Warton, England and Ronald Dom, Brussel, Belgium regretted that they could not come this year.

The same was by Magnus Ingolfsson, Reykjavik and Ørnulf Rønningen, Oslo. One person from Gambia also wanted to come to meeting but sent regrets.

Regrets was also sent from Lars Johansson, Stockholm Airport and Manfred Sommerer, Vienna Airport.

9.  Vice chairman. Many of the CTIF commissions have a chairman and vice chairman. Veli-Matti Saaskilahti was elected as a vice chairman of the airport commission. Tasks for the vice chairman will be set up by the commission board.

The next meeting will take place in Helsinki September 6th – 7th in connection with CTIF Delegates Assembly 2016. More information will be send later on.
