Please read the instructions and complete the form in full. Once we receive a completed order form, please allow 3-5 business days for the completed certificate to be returned to you. Any missing information can cause a delay in processing.

Fees and Costs:

The fee for a Resale Certificate is $200. Payment is due on or before closing. Generally, the title company/law office sends a check for the fees, we do not require advance payment. However, should closing not happen, the fee for any delivered certificate(s) is due.

Please return this form in Word format via email. A $50 transcription fee applies to all orders not submitted in Word via email.

A rush fee of $50 applies to any orders needed within 48 hours.

Updates to the Resale Certificate cost $100. We recommend requesting a certificate within 30 days of closing to avoid needing an update.

Lender Questionnaires are charged at $25 per page.

The transfer fee is $200. This is a one-time fee only when the unit changes to a new owner.
