**All 7thGrade Students

The Reading Department at Brink Junior High has established a summer reading program for all 7th grade students. Our students’ summer reading will help them maintain their reading skills, improve their writing proficiency, and gain knowledge of new vocabulary and concepts. It is our belief that reading comprehension is an indicator of future success in education. Consistent practice will enable a student to thoroughly gain a strong reading competency.

Required Reading For All 7th Grade Students:

Students are required to complete the reading of at least onenovel from the Intermediate 2018 Sequoyah Master Book List before the first day of school – August 18, 2017.
