Required documents to obtain an “Individual Establishment” from SAGIA

Investment License form
A copy of the investor’s passport showing all pages (including blanks) and valid for at least 6 months
4 passport-sized photos
A copy of the investor’s Commercial Registration from his country. It must also be certified by the authority concerned with commercial activities in the investor’s country and the Saudi embassy in the investor’s country
Financial Statements of the firm owned by the investor, or in which he is a partner. The Financial Statements must be for the two (2) years preceding filing for the license application and must show the sound financial position of the firm. The Financial Statements must also be prepared by a licensed accounting firm, as well as being certified by the authority in charge of commercial activities and taxes

List of 3 major clients and their contacts
Bank statement for the last 6 months
The Shareholders’ Resolution stating their desire to invest and all other details (names, capital, percentages etc)
Bank certificate showing the minimum capital requested by SAGIA
A copy of trade name booking, in case the investor desires to obtain a trade name.
If the investor previously resided or worked in the Kingdom during the three (3) years preceding the application date for the Investment License, then he must obtain a “Letter of No Objection” from the former sponsor, the letter must be prepared in the approved format; this letter must be attested from the Chamber of Commerce.
If the company activity requires the approval of the concerned authority, such as: financial services, insurance, information, tourism, health or education , the applicant shall seek and provide the approval of the concerned ministry
Authorizing an approved law firm, services office, or consultation office to finalize all the procedures, in case the investor is unable to submit the application to SAGIA in person. The Power of Attorney must be attested by the Saudi embassy in the investor’s country
Investor Profile
A copy of the investor’s resume and a copy of his highest education certificate
Paying all the license issuance fees amounting to SR 2000 ( new license )

NOTE:

- All document shall be translated into Arabic by a local approved translation office, in case such documents are not in Arabic
