CRM: Requesting Access

What type of access do you need?

CRM Support

If you are requesting access for CRM Support, you will need the security role “Call Center Agent”. “CallCenter Agent” will allow you to create and manage cases for the Provider Group(s) in which you belong. Look at the table below to find the Security Role that you will need.

If you are going to be the owner of your Provider Group, you will need an additional security role in PeopleSoft CRM called “ASU On Call Scheduler” to manage the Provider group. You will be responsible for adding and removing people.

Field Service

If you are requesting access for Field Service support, you will need the security role “ASU Field Service Agent”. “ASU Field Service Agent” will allow you to create and manage field service cases. Look at the table below to find otherField Service Roles that you may need.

Sales and Marketing

If you are requesting access for Sales andMarketing, you will need a CRM security role. Look at the table below to find the role that you may need.

Before requesting access, please either make sure your supervisor is around to approve your request or, if your supervisor is unavailable, ask someone who can serve as a supervisor and who will approve the request in a timely manner.

  1. Go to login with your ASURITE UserID and password.
  2. Enter your ASURITE UserID and click "Continue".
  3. Enter the "Purpose" as “Need access to CRM Support to search for and work on cases”.
  4. Enter your supervisor's ASURITE ID and click "Continue".
  5. Click the "Add Role(s)" button and check the role/s required “Call Center Agent” for your unit.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click the "Save and Return" button.
  7. When the new page is displayed, scroll to the bottom and click the "Save and Submit" button.
  8. Click the "I Agree" button.
  9. You should get a "Submit Confirmation" message; click the "Return" button.
  10. Logout.
