Requests for changes to the establishment will be considered on a monthly basis by the Establishment Management Board (EMB) and requests for changes to the force structure will be considered on a monthly basis by the Resource Management Board (RMB). For all structure changes, please ensure that your RMB representative has sight of this request in time for the meeting.

Upon receipt of the completed AD309, Workforce Planning will advise you of the date of the next EMB/RMB where the request will be considered. Following the meeting, you will be advised of the outcome of your request.
