Terms and conditions
Registered centres have the right to photocopy the copyright assessment papers, for the use of the centre only, free of charge by permission of this agreement
Centres must not use The Prince’s Trust’s or the eDCC logo or materials without prior permission
Centres must allow The Prince’s Trust to conduct centre visits and undertake any required monitoring activities
Centres must provide details of all assessors working on eDCC assessments by completing the Assessors Details form
Declaration
I confirm that I am the named point of accountability for the quality assurance and management of the eDCC scheme,within the centre named on page 1, and ensuring compliance with all the conditions and financial commitments set out by The Prince’s Trust.
I confirm that all information supplied in connection with this application is true, complete and accurate and that I am authorised to make this application to be registered as an assessment centre with The Prince’s Trust.
I understand and accept that The Prince’s Trust retains to itself the interpretation of the conditions of centre registration in any dispute and reserves the right to withdraw approval in the event of our failure to comply with these conditions.

Re: Declaration on VAT status of eDCC centre
I understand that centres who are not an eligible body will be subject to VAT on the centre registration fee and certificate costs. HMRC's definition of an eligible body is a body that is precluded from distributing and does not distribute any profits that it makes; and applies any profits made from the examination services to the continuance or improvement of such supplies.
