It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the 20th anniversary of the Rome Statute with the activities starting already in 2017 and in some cases can continue into 2018.
Description
The Scope of Work is split into distinct Work Packs that will require individual quotations. This includes the following activities:
A. Print exhibition
B. Exhibition in virtual reality
C. Multimedia exhibition
D. Music for the campaign
E. Photographers
F. TED talks training
G. Animation series on crimes under the ICC’s jurisdiction
The procurement can be a split, aggregate or entire Scope of Work award. The Contractor(s) will be requested to submit separate quotes for each Work Pack and any discount in case of multiple packs.
The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Quotation document that will be sent to the vendors who respond to this EOI.
