Primary Role

Act as the primary manager of new and existing affluent client personal insurance programs, providing risk management solutions to complex accounts and exceeding service plan expectations.

Duties

  • Review client exposures, loss analysis, current coverages and other relevant information to provide appropriate coverage recommendations
  • Conduct annual client reviews in face to face meetings, updating insurance portfolio as necessary, making additional coverage recommendations, and updating data management systems
  • Act as a risk advisor/consultant in conjunction with client centers of influence, including wealth managers, attorneys, family offices, etc.
  • Strengthen and solidify client relationships to foster opportunities that lead to client referrals
  • Maintain a high level of client confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Assist producer with preparing proposals, quotes, unique coverage solutions, and attending client meetings as necessary
  • Provide pro-active daily service to clients by anticipating and evaluating client needs over the phone, in person and via email

Who You Are

You are an energetic, service focused, proactive and self-motivated individual looking to enhance and grow their career with an agency that leads the market. You also have 1-3 years of experience working in the insurance management of affluent client portfolios and insurance carriers that support such clients.

Additionally you have/are

  • Possesses a supportive and responsive manner with customers and co-workers
  • Possesses computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and data management systems. AMS 360 experience a plus
  • Must be licensed in the State of Colorado and complete the required continuing education hours to keep license valid. Additional insurance designations a plus
  • Must be knowledgeable in all lines of P & C and able to handle complex client issues
  • Must be able to multi-task and work independently on assigned tasks
  • Possesses excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Possesses a high energy level and a concierge, pro-active customer service approach

Working Environment/Physical Activities

  • General office work environment
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, hear, and project voice without amplification. There is frequent need for employee to stand, sit, walk, use repetitive small motor activity, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
  • May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, to stop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and to ascend and descend stairs.
  • This position requires a high energy level and ability to handle stress-related situations on a daily basis.
