This form does not need to be submitted to the District Office. It is for use in the congregation to ensure proper reporting practices to maintain charitable status, registration and adequate insurance coverage. It is good practice to review each item annually and follow up on any items that are incomplete / unknown. A Treasurers’ Manual is also available on the ABC District Website ().
