______, located on the Box Butte County Fairgrounds, Hemingford, Nebraska.

3. The rental payment payable to Box Butte Agricultural Society shall be in the amount of $150 payable in cash or its equivalent to be received by ______.

4. The lessee shall faithfully maintain the occupied premises in a clean and safe condition. Lessee agrees to use in reasonable manner all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, facilities, ventilating, air conditioning, and appliances in the premises.

5. The lesser and its authorized agents may enter into premises in order to inspect and make necessary repairs at any time.

6. The lessee will follow all rules for users as follows on next page when using inside of any building.

as security for the faithful performance of lessee’s obligations. The deposit shall be returned by lesser to lessee on the condition that all rules are followed.
