Rental Addendum and Hold Harmless

The undersigned Primary Guest (legibly print name: ______) hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1) River Shoals cabin is NOT a suitable destination for those seeking a loud party atmosphere.This property (cabin, land and water – hereinafter sometimes referenced as “the property”) is notwithin the Blue Creek Cabin community. Rather, it is the ONLY rental cabin within a nearby quiet, rural community. Though it sets on its own private 6+ acres, sound carries along the river and it is surrounded by private residences.

Loud music and/or boisterous behavior areNOT ACCEPTABLE in this community: the neighbors will complain; and,if the complaint is sustained, the guests will be immediately evicted without refund. This is a perfect getaway destination for mature individuals and families seeking to enjoy the natural beauty of this area; it is important to ensure that all guests are aware of these expectations, and that they will respect the quiet enjoyment of the community's permanent residents.

2) Primary Guest shall be solely responsible for the following, whether arising out of or in any way related to the use of the property during the rental period:

a)any and all property damage (including but not limited to smoking-related issues)

b)any accident or injury claimed or sustained by any person(s) on the property; and

c)any personal property loss or damage (including but not limited tomoney, jewelry and vehicles) claimed or sustained by any person(s) on the property

3) Primary Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of River Shoals cabin, its Agents, Managers and all those entities associated with the ownership or operation of the property from any and all claims, including third party liability claims, and assumes all liability for use of the property, for all activities on the property and for the presence and actions of all persons on the property during the rental period.

4) Primary Guest hereby acknowledges that the list below is a complete and accurate representation of the entities which will be on the property during the rental period:
