Welcome to Anadarko Remote Access Solutions – providing capabilities and solutions that enable you to access Anadarko’s internal network anytime, anywhere, and from many devices.

How Remote Access Works

Remote access has two basic steps that will allow you to access the Anadarko internal network.

  1. Connect to the InternetFrom any location, using any connection service, using any type of equipment
  2. Access the Anadarko Internal NetworkWebmail, CitrixRemote, VPN – Anadarko Network Connect

What Do You Want to Access?

Network Authentication

An Entrust® Grid Card is required to login to Citrix Remote. The Grid Card provides two-factor authentication for accessing network resources, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized remote access.

Two-factor authentication is an added security measure based on "something you know" and “something you have” – providing a more reliable level of user authentication than reusable passwords.

Entrust® Grid Cards

The Entrust Grid Card provides two-factor authentication for accessing network resources. The Grid Card is based on “something you know” – your existing user name and password, and "something you have" – a credit card size security grid which contains a series of numbers and letters in easily marked columns and rows used to generate an access code.

How the Grid Card Works

You are assigned a unique Grid Card through the GSC. Please obtain this grid card prior to attempting to connect remotely through Citrix. When you login, you enter your user name and password. You will then receive a challenge to demonstrate that you are in possession of the appropriate card.

For example, if you are challenged for grid coordinates D4, E1, and E3, you would respond with the contents in the grid cells that correspond to the challenge coordinates. For this example, using the Grid Card below, you would enter the grid cell contents for locations D4, E1, and E3 – T3K.

The result is a unique, one-time-use code that is used to positively identify, or authenticate you. If the code is validated, you are granted access to network resources. If it is not recognized, you are denied access.

Notes

Enter responses in same order as grid challenge.

Your response is not case sensitive.

Do not enter any spaces or brackets.

There is no time limit.

If you type the wrong challenge coordinates, your token will be disabled after 6 attempts.

If you disable your Entrust Grid Card, contact the GSC.

Contact the GlobalSupportCenter if you would like an image of your grid card emailed to you. You can save this image on your computer or BlackBerry / iPhone for easy access.
