All responses are examined and for each song a frequency percentage for each response is calculated. Each diary is then examined and assigned a score based on the popularity of their response to each song.
e.g., for a specific song, if 20% respond “7”, 15% “6” etc…..when a diary is examined, if the response to that song is “6”, then a score of 15% is awarded for that diary for that song. A total score for a diary is then determined by adding up the score for each song. Date / Description / Programs affected10.04.07 / These modifications install the latest ChartFx product i.e., ChartFx Client Server 6.2. Essentially this is transparent to the user however the following should be noted –
- The first time ChartFX is used a new DLL will automatically by registered on the target PC. If this target PC is running Windows Vista, the end user may be asked to temporarily sign on as an administrator (this is all automated), but an administrator’s password will be required. This is a one-off operation which cannot be circumvented.
- If the end user has been using a nominated chart (either in Music History or Tracking History, Batch Graph Printing and Setup), this chart will need to be setup again. Note that the file name suffix hast changed from “.CHT” to “.CFX”
- If for some reason the X-axis labels are not all displaying (due to excessive data), you can either –
- Expand the size of the chart OR
- right click on any of the x-axis –labels, and click on the staggered option
