Note: The listed changes are grouped under the major RESULTS components. Those starting with “PT’ are undocumented features that have been fixed and migrated with this release while those starting with ‘CR’ are planned Change Requests(enhancements, major bugs/redesign) based on user input.
Activity
PT22987 Added Hyper link from Disturbance Detail screen to view the spatial image
PT23045 Clear out activity information when a planned activity is added after viewing a results activity.
CR27 Activities for an opening are now displayed in date order.
CR28 New validation – Completion Date cannot be in the future.
CR34 Activities Search (RESULTS105). The minimum criteria for Search is one of: Opening Number, Licence, Timber Mark, Opening Id.
CR35 Silviculture System Search (SIL35). Search results sorted by Silv System Code, Variant and Phase.

Milestones
PT21591 RESULTS has validation that ensures a declaration cannot be changed by another user. Edits were added to not compare the domain and to change the case to upper. Older ISIS declaration user id’s are not prefixed with a domain.
PT22141,22963 Ensure that the submission date of a declaration is not changed when activities or disturbances cause the due dates to be recalculated.
PT22614 Change comment display and add to use a comment “popup”, this will allow comments and declaration dates to be added at the same time.
PT22934 Allow users with “Approval” authority to change the declaration and undeclared, even though the declaration was performed by a different userid.
CR17 Declaration Date Removal can now also be done by users with Approval authority for openings in their Org Unit
CR26 A link has been added to allow entry and viewing of Milestone comments. This is a Yes/No indicator as to whether comments exist.
CR39 Sort order changed to be by Standards Unit, then Post Harvest, Regeneration and Free Growing in sequence.

Stocking Standards
CR16 Approved Variation to Standard Unit
New button on RESULTS310 Stocking Standards – Approved Variation
Opening status stays APP – Approved.
Changes tracked in Audit History.
This allows the updating of stocking standards without the need to go through a formal amendment.
CR29 New Validation – sum of Net Areas to be Reforested (NAR) for all Standards Units must be less than or equal to the Gross Opening Area
CR32 Protect Standards Regime Id if:
· Approved Date < 2002-12-17 or
· Regen Date <= Current year/month
CR33 Max Soil Disturbance can only be changed via Amendment Request or Approved Variation
CR41 When rejecting a Standards Unit Amendment the rejection comment will now be added to the Audit History.
Forest Cover
CR46 Licensee can specify non mapped area. RESULTS321 - Opening Forest Cover now lists non mapped areas and shows the Gross and Net polygon areas.
CR46 New ESF RESULTS Scheme (V3), allows non mapped component, renames the polygonstrata to licenseeID and increased the length to alphanumeric 30
PT?? Fix ESF validation errors on Total Well Spaced stems, field is not optional. Fix error on Well Spaces and FG Stems on the Inventory layer, mandatory edit will now apply to Silv layer only.
Standards Regimes
CR36 Standards Search (RESULTS501). Standard Expiry Date is now displayed in the search results.
CR37 Removed the requirement to have at least one preferred species when submitting a standards regime proposal.
CR38 Default for a new Standards Proposal is now “Regen Obligations” instead of “No Regen”. Regen, Early and Late dates are cleared out when switching from Regen to No Regen.
CR41 When rejecting a Standards Regime proposal the rejection comment will now be added to the Audit History.
Navigation
CR40 Back button now allows navigation back to previous screen to an unlimited level of nesting.
CR30 Tombstone screens now have a History button to allow viewing of audit history for the opening.
Security
CR44 Allow all government users access to view all results data, this includes BCTS, oil and gas, MSRM, etc.
CR44 Allow Ministry staff and Contracted personnel (ie Service Providers) with Update authority to perform ESF submission on all results data .
CR44 Allow BCTS staff with Update authority to perform ESF submission and online updates on all openings that are SB Funded.
