FOXMOUNTAINCAMPING PARK PRICES

Camping available for $24 night for tents and $32 night for a service lot(1 family;2 adults with or without children per site);it will be your responsibility to register with FoxMountainCampingPark (902-847-3747; or main office upon your arrival. Additional persons per site will be permitted for a cost of $10.00 daily.Also, FoxMountainCampingPark has several rental trailers available for the weekend; prices rangefrom $100-$200 (depending on trailer size).

Participants not camping overnight will also have to register with FoxMountainCampingPark. The cost is $10.00 per person which includes daily parking and use of CampingPark facilities. A CampingPark representative will direct you where parking is permitted. All prices quoted do not include taxes.

MID VALLEY JAMBOREE EVENTS & PRICING

Registration for the ATV poker run will be Friday evening 7pm-9pm and Saturday morning 8:30am-9:30am; costis $10.00per ATV (second rider no charge); this includes one poker hand; additional poker hands will be available at a cost of $10.00. The poker run commences at Saturday 10 am; approximately 100kms; prize structure 35%; 25%; 15%; of money collected at event registration and paid out to the three highest poker hands. Riders will select one card at registration; three along the trail; and one at final check in; a status board of poker hands will be posted.Also, a cash BBQ facility will be available at the 2nd check in location; sponsored by Kings County Search & Rescue.

Registration for the mud competition will be Saturday 5pm-6pm; cost is $5.00 per ATV; competition will be from 6pm – 8pm. Prize structure will be awarded to first place finishers of each division; based on money collected during event registration. Divisions are as follows: 400 CCs & under; 401-600 CCs; 601-800 CCs; 801 CCs & up.

Blues band entertainment at the stage area Saturday 9pm-12:30am.

Mid Valley ATV Club will also be coordinating a Sunday brunch runto Berwick; approx. 70kms; no charge. Event will be leader lead; leaving the CampingPark at 9:30am and returning to the CampingPark around 3pm.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

All event participants are to meet at the registration booth near the First Aid Unit; per the scheduled event time.

Meet & greet Friday evening near the stage area; come out & chat with fellow ATV enthusiasts. Plan is to have an informal social around the fire pit.

Breakfast will be available at the canteen (next to stage); on Saturday and Sunday mornings 7:30-10:00am.Supper will be available Saturday from 4-7pm, regular canteen prices with possible daily special available.

Pressure washer will be available at end of day for a small fee $3-$5.

During the weekend 50/50 tickets $1.00 each will be sold to raise funds for “Cancer Relay for Life”; draw for winner will take place Saturday evening at the stage area.
