REGULATIONS: ON TOURNAMENT DES RIVES DE LA MER DU NORD
1. Every participation to the Rives de la Mer du Nord Tournament involves the adoption of this regulation.
2. Each player must be in good standing with the French Badminton Federation (compulsory license).
3. At the of his name call, each player is entitled to get 3 minutes before the start of the encounter to go on the court and warming up.
4. Before going on the court, players take on the scorer's table their scoresheet.
5. After a period of 5 minutes, the not present player on the court is eliminated and whatever the level of competition.
6. The order of matches respects, to the extent possible, the provisional schedule (the hour in it is given for guidance only). All absent competitor is declared loser by W.O.
7. No refunds will be made after the draw
8. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the tables if necessary, after the agreement of a judge referee.
9. The matches are played in 2 winning sets of 21 points for all.
10. The official shuttlecock is the Yonex AS 30 for all series
11. Tables can be grouped, divided or canceled
12. The sports uniform must comply with norms of FFBa.
13. All participants can access to the courts only if he has been called to play.
14. The organizing club declines any responsibility in case of loss, theft, accident or incident.
15. The judge referee has the right to disqualify partially or totally any player who doesn’t respect a point of the regulation.
16. Players can play in 2 tables N2 N3 R4 R5 R6 D7 D8 D9 R P1 P2 P3, R Veterans, D Veterans, P Veterans; 3 tables U17, U15, U13, U11 and U9.
17. All tables will be held in pools and then in direct elimination.
18. The club reserves the right to authorize three tables in order to a proper operation of the tournament by favoring the players of the club.
19. Clubs must verify convocations.
20. Players authorize the club to use photos of the tournament to promote the club.
21. U11 and U9 will play on suitable court.
22. Young people are allowed to play in adults.
23. Young singles will be played on Saturday, and doubles on Sunday
24. Players can play in a superior series within the limit of 2 levels

All tables are played in pools.
REGISTRATION:
Registration form must be returned before june 8 th ,2016 deadline,the postmark authentic tothe order of the USG badminton club.
Registrations will only be considered if they are accompanied by payment.
The draw will take place Wenesday june 13 2016.
PLACES AND HOURS:
The tournament will take place at SPORTICA sports complex, Boulevard de l'Europe, GRAVELINES, 3 hours from Paris, 2 hours from Brussels and 1 hour from Lille.
A refreshment area is provided on site during these two days..
A notice will be sent to each club by email. The tournament will start at 8am on Saturday and Sunday and ends around 6pn on Sunday. Players must be present 30 minutes before their first match. A license check will be performed. A schedule will be posted in the indication room, the organization grants the right to change this schedule during the competition to ensure a smooth tournament.
The awards will be given after each final for adults.
HACCOMMODATION RESTAURANTS POOL:
- Gravelines offers the pool throughout the competition (upon presentation of your license: no certificate will be issued by the organization).
The Sportica offers group housing and a hotel near the room.
The bowling of Sportica offers a meal on Saturday evening at 12 € including a bolognese spaghetti or pizza bar, a drink and a game of bowling. Reservation payable at registration with a separate check payable to USG Badminton Club.
WARNING: for the collective and the meal bowling, places are limited so book quickly!
