REGULATIONS FOR BOOKING BUNGALOWS

a) booking and payment

1) Bookings are accepted by phone, via fax and e-mail.

2) The booking will become effective when a deposit, indicated by the management, is received within 7 days of the initial booking by way of a postal order. The customer is responsible for all of the costs regarding the posting of the deposit and the name of the guest, the arrival and departure dates must be stated on the postal order receipt.

3) In the period between August 1st to the 20th, all bookings can be only for periods of at least 14 days.

4) The balance due for the stay must be paid-up upon arrival. Even in case of an anticipated departure, the client must pay for the entire period of the booking.

5) No animals are allowed inside the houses.

b) CAUTION DEPOSIT AND OTHER INFORMATION

6) Upon arrival a caution deposit of 100,00 Euro must be paid for the bungalow. This sum will be restored at the time of departure, after the lodging and its contents have been verified by appropriate staff members.

7)The sum of 50,00 Euro will be charged for the final cleaning of the bungalow.

8) It is forbidden to remove furnishings or equipment from the lodgings; the beds must not be moved. The equipment must not be used outside of the lodging.

c) ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

9) The bungalows are assigned on the day of arrival after 4pm and must be vacated, with no exceptions, at Amy the day of departure.

d) CANCELLATIONS

10) Cancellations of bookings must be received in written form.

The following rules apply:

i) Within 90 days before the beginning of the stay, restitution of the entire deposit except for 20,00 Euro office expenses;

ii) Within 45 days before the beginning of the stay, restitution of 50% of the deposit except for 20,00 Euro office expenses;

iii) No deposits will be reimbursed when there are less than 45 days to the beginning of the stay.

11) In case of an anticipated interruption of the stay, the client must equally pay the whole sum relative to the entire period of the booking.

12) The bungalows will be kept at the disposal of the client for no more than one day from the day booked as the beginning of the stay; should the client not inform changes to the management.

13) IN case of late arrival with regard to the booked arrival date (if the lodging is still available, see point 11), the client must equally pay the balance due for the total cost of the booked stay.
