CONSIDER/APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBR 17, 2015: Motion was made by Susie Bagby, seconded by Mark Harris to approve the Minutes as read. The motion carrying with the following vote:

CONSIDER/APPROVE THE PAYMENT OF BILLS RECEIVED NOVEMBER 14, 2015 THRU DECEMBER 4, 2015: Motion was made by Neita Brandon, seconded by Michael Woods to pay the bills as presented. The motion carrying with the following vote:

CONSIDER/APPROVE 2016 CITY HOLIDAYS: Motion was made by Neita Brandon, seconded by Michael Woods to approve the City Holidays for 2016 as follows:

September 5 Labor Day

CONSIDER/APPROVE ADDENDUM TO LOVE’S COUNTRY STORE APPLICATION FOR CITY SERVICES: Motion was made by Nell Looper, seconded by Michael Woods to approve the addendum with an addition of change to the language. The motion carrying with the following vote:

ADDENDUM TO CITY OF QUANAH
APPLICATION FOR CITY SERVICES
CONSIDER/APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 04-15 FOR SOLID WASTE GRANT APPLICATION FOR DUMPSTER TRAILER: Motion was made by Mark Harris, seconded by Nell Looper to approve Resolution No. 04-15 for solid waste grant application for a dumpster trailer. The motion carrying with the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. 04-15
PROGRESS REPORT FOR DOG POUND COMMITTEE: The dog pound will be relocated to the City Barn with one employee, Dillon Bivins, maintaining the pound.
CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT:
1. Love’s Country Store to be open by mid April 2016.
2. Turner’s Day Care Center came and decorated the Christmas tree at City Hall.
3. City Audit will start December 14, 2015.
