Engineering, PLLC The FEMA contract requires a WMBE contractor be hired and C.T. Male secured Jade Stone Engineering, PLLC for construction administration as a sub-contractor for $ 96,200.00 to date. These services are covered under Technical Services Change Order # 3 dated 10/11/17, Board approved 11/20/17 with no confirmation from FEMA it will be covered for funding.

Violation Haloacetic Acid report is slightly over again and the Village is in violation for our overall average.
DASNY Grant Final grant paperwork will be submitted as required per application. The grant is a voucher/reimbursement grant and the Village will start the process to complete projects included in the grant application.

Public Hearing The Village of Dolgeville will conduct a public hearing on January 15, 2018 @ 6:15 p.m. to consider Local Law # 1-2018 – A Local Law to Prohibit the Sale and Possession of Synthetic Marihuana and Other Similar Substances and Compounds Within the Village of Dolgeville.

29 Dolge Avenue Plowing The Village received a letter from 29 Dolge Avenue regarding the ongoing issue of plowing and damaging the fence on the property.
The Village directed the D.P.W. to plow the snow away from the fence.
