The fee for the entire conference from 21-23 June is 120 Euro.
I am a student or postgraduate of the graduate-institute NRW and wish to take advantage of the special reduction for students. The reduced fee of 60 Euro will be billed.
The conference fee includes conference documents, refreshments during the conference and 15 Euro for the evening dinner on Friday, 22 June 2018.

I would also like to register for the conference dinner (including cultural event). Participants are requested to transfer an additionalcost for the dinner and cultural event of 30 Euro.

Terms and Conditions
1. Applicability
The following General Terms and Conditions apply for the implementation of the International Conference organized by the University of Applied Sciences Cologne, the IRM Innsbruck University, the University of Applied Sciences in Nordwestschweiz and CDMH.
2. Registration
Registration forms are as a rule processed in the order of their receipt and are confirmed in writing. By full payment on time of the fee for participants, persons registered are granted the right to participate in the various events and functions of the conference. Participants have no right to any financial claim against the organizers for non-participation in any of the individual events of the conference.
3. Cancellation of a confirmed registration
For cancellation of a previously confirmed registration, up to four weeks before the beginning of the conference, there will be an administrative processing charge of 50 Euro.
4. Cancellation, postponement of conference events
In the event that force majeure, natural catastrophes, acts of war and the like render it impossible to conduct the conference, participants are not entitled to any additional claim vis-à-vis the organizers. The conference fee shall be refunded in its entirety.
5. Conference costs
The conference fee is exclusive of any additional supplementary payments, such as for accommodation, travel expenses, food, etc. By signing the registration form, participants pledge to pay the agreed and stipulated conference fee in full. If the conference fee is not paid before the conference begins, the organizers have no obligation to admit the person registered to the conference.
6. Participation in the conference events
In the event individual lectures and other events in the framework of the conference are cancelled (due, for example, to illness of the presenters), participants have no grounds for any claim against the organizers. Likewise, should a participant not attend certain individual events, there can be no basis for a financial claim against the organizers.
7. Liability
The organizers exclude any liability during the duration of the conference for any damages, including in particular theft. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
8. Court of jurisdiction
The court of jurisdiction is the competent court of Luxembourg.
