Registration Form Celebration Day IDEA 25 YEARS (4 pages)

Please note: The programs are still under construction. At this stage, however we invite you to indicate your preferred choice for the Expert-led Meetings.
The program comprises two parts:
Part A. The Expert-led Meetings, starting Tuesday 11 July 3 pm; ending Wednesday 12 July 1 pm.
Part B. The Official Celebration Program (plenary) on Wednesday from 3 pm to midnight.
For Part A (the Expert-led Meetings) you need to make a choice for one of the 4 themes/Expert meetings as they take place simultaneously, in sub groups.
For organisational reasons we ask you to indicate your 1st and 2nd preference.
You can now sign up for the theme/Expert meeting of your preference.
PARALLEL EXPERT MEETINGS
After the Plenary Introduction 4 parallel Expert-led meetings take place with the same structure:
- Round table with Experts and discussion
- Presentation and exchange of examples of good Theatre/Drama/Arts practice on the theme
- Collaborative Workshop led by one of the Experts.

The project ONE SQUARE METER – 1 M² for students and young professionals takes place as a ‘side project’ between 8-13 July; their creative work will be presented in the program of IDEA 25 YEARS on 12 July. To participate in these events, contact the coordinators of this project requesting a separate Registration Form for 1M². You still can participate: the deadline has been extended!

Payment rules
This participation fee for IDEA 25 YEARS is a minimum amount. For those organisations that are able to contribute an additional amount to the IDEA Solidarity Fund to assist less affluent countries to cover the costs associated with the celebration of IDEA 25 YEARS attendance: this assistance would be gratefully received.
Contact the Treasurer to arrange a deposit. We particularly encourage IDEA members and other participants living in countries listed in Category A (UNESCO-categories of countries are the base for IDEA’s membership fees) to consider making this financial assistance available.
The registration fee need to be paid when you register.
Please, follow these advises:
- Transfer the due Registration Fee [and donation] to the (new) Bank account of IDEA
- Bank costs need to be paid by you or your organisation. Ask your bank about these costs
- Include explicitly with your payment your association’s name, your personal name, address and country
- Notify the Treasurer Joachim Reiss by e-mail at of this transfer of funds together with all of the above details, including your method of payment and bank details/code etc.
Upon receipt of your payment in the IDEA account, the IDEA treasurer will send you an email confirmation of your registration.
