If you would like to register for the 11th Annual OCJA Conference, please complete the appropriate portion of this form. You do not need to be a member of the OCJA in order to attend the conference; however, if you submit a paper/poster presentation and are selected to present at the conference, you will need to become a current member in order to be on the schedule to present. Abstract Submission Deadline: Monday, MARCH 13, 2017 by 5:00 p.m.
Professional, Academics, and Students are encouraged to submit a 250 word or less abstract of a paper and/ or poster presentation to be delivered at the OCJA 11th Annual Conference. The OCJA Board will review all submissions to make the determination of which papers/posters are accepted for delivery at the conference. Individuals who submit an abstract for the conference will be informed of the OCJA Board’s decision, on or before Monday, March 20, 2017.
Students submitting an abstract for poster presentation will compete for first, second, and third place posters. Designated faculty members will vote on award placement and present awards to the winners during the luncheon. Awards will be determined based upon clarity of presentation, depth of materials, and professionalism.
