Registering on our member portal

Hello I’m Jessica from Equality Challenge unit. Your institution subscribes to ECU, this means that you can register on our website and access our large range of publications, training materials and events. Today I am going to take you through how to register.

To go to our website type into your search bar. Welcome to our website.

To register now go to Login, thendown to register.

Here type in your details: first name, surname, your institutions email address(Make sure to use your official university email address as this is how we recognise our subscribers!) and a secure password.

Scroll down and click on register.

An activation email will now be sent to your inbox, check your clutter folder as it sometimes misdirects!

Follow the steps within the email, click activate to complete registration on our website. You are now registered on our member portal!

Click login, to log in to the portal. Enter your email address and your password to login.

Welcome to our subscriber portal from here you can: access our events, update your contact details, reset your password and download your ECU member logo.

You are also now able to access any materials on our website at the click of a button.

I am now going to take you through how to update your contact details and download the member logo.

To update your contact details simply click, update my contact details. Here you are able to update the details we use to contact you. You can update your: title, name, job title, email etc. You are also able to update your access and dietary requirements. Once you are happy with the details click submit, this will take you back to our member’s portal.

To download your member logo simply click download member logo and then click the download link. You now have your ECU member logo which can be used in email footers and displayed on your to show your commitment to equality.
