THIS TOURNAMENT WILL ACCOMMODATE 60TEAMS. PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!
Format:6 games pool play…Play will start Thursday morning at 9am.
Followed by the Top Two(2) teams from each pool playing in a single elimination tournament starting on Sunday morning at 8am for a very nice Mizuno prize package!
Entry Fee:$695.00 16U/ 18U A/Gold payable to Carolina Cardinals.
Entry Deadline: June 1st, 2018. Teams selected will be advised by early May.
Eligibility:All teams must be supply a copy of your roster available upon request.
Hotels: Stay to Play event through the Rock Hill Host Hotel list
Insurance:Each team must supply its own insurance and be prepared to show proof of insurance upon request.

Entry Fee: $695.00 payable to CAROLINA CARDINALS. No team will be considered for inclusion in the tournament until registration AND entry fee are received. No exceptions.
Please keep in mind that the tournament may be full months before the tournament date, so don’t delay in submitting your registration.
No entry fees will be refunded to any team after being selected to participate in the tournament. Teams not selected will receive a full refund.
Eligibility: A copy of your official roster and player birth certificates must be available to the tournament director upon request. All teams must be registered with ASA. This tournament is governed by ASA rules. Free substitution is allowed and you may bat 11.
Insurance: Each team must supply its own insurance and be prepared to show proof of insurance upon request.
Game Time: 1 hour 30 minutes DROP DEAD – FINISH THE BATTER. No new inning will begin after time has expired. Games tied at expiration of time will end in a tie.
Directions:
To Cherry Park: (1466 Cherry Road ) From I-77, take Exit 82B at Rock Hill. Merge right onto Cherry Road and go about 1 mile. Entrance to Cherry Park will be on your left.
To Hargett Park:
Fields 1 and 2: (Hearn Street) From I-77, take Exit 82B at Rock Hill. Merge right onto Cherry Road and go about 1 mile. Turn RIGHT onto Hearn Street and go 2 – 3 blocks; the entrance to Hargett Park Fields 1 and 2 will be straight ahead.
Fields 3 and 4: (1240 Deas Street) From I-77, take Exit 82B at Rock Hill. Merge right onto Cherry Road and go about 1 mile. Directly across the street from the entrance to Cherry Park turn RIGHT onto Deas Street and go 2 – 3 blocks; the entrance to Hargett Park Fields 3 and 4 will be on your right.
To Terry (Eagle) Park at Winthrop University: (1000 Eden Terrace -- behind Winthrop University Coliseum) From I-77, take Exit 82B at Rock Hill. Merge right onto Cherry Road and go about 2 miles.
Turn left on Richmond Drive at the Winthrop University marquee on the left. Terry (Eagle) Softball Complex is behind and to the right of the Coliseum. (Be sure to park in designated parking spaces only – towing is enforced at this location.)
In the event of weather-related postponements, the tournament playing schedule is subject to modification by the tournament committee, irrespective of the six-game pool schedule. In the event of inclement weather cancellations or modifications, there will be no refunds.
Teams will not be allowed to play up to an age level higher than their ASA registration level.
