The Minutes of the June 19, 2014 meeting had previously been made available electronically to all members in a timely manner, and in addition had been posted on the regional web site for review and/or downloading.
Motion was made by Mr. Chase and seconded by Mr. Cuccinello, as follows:
RESOLVED, that the Minutes of the June 19, 2014 meeting are accepted as written.
