It is a requirement that SMADC be acknowledged for our contribution to the project. SMADC will provide signs for each grant awarded that grantees are required to display. Signs will read something to the effect of, “This is a regional agriculture project developed in partnership (or funded in part by) the Southern Maryland Agricultural Development Commission (SMADC).” Awardees will also be featured on SMADC’s website and other materials, and SMADC will assist in marketing and promoting of the project.
