REGARDING: Offer study for choosing of a supplier for automated installation for flocculant
DEAR SIRS,
You are kindly requested to offer for the needs of company “Assarel medet”JSCo the delivery of automated installation for preparation of flocculant solution, according to the attached technical assignment.
І. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE DELIVERY
According to the Technical Assignment - Appendix №1 towards the present offer inquiry.
II. THE SUPPLIERS SHOULD:
1. Confirm their possibility to deliver the automated installation for preparation of flocculant solution in accordance with the attached Technical Assignment.
2. Provide firm price excl. VAT. The price should be specified both in USD and EUR, as the currency choice is of Buyer’s option.
3. Provide delivery terms, as follows:
- DDP warehouse of “Assarel Medet”;
- DDU warehouse of “Assarel Medet”,
As the price should be indicated as a total amount and as separately – equipment price /EXW plant/, transport costs, taxes and other charges.
4. Payment terms: deferred payment after dlivery.
5. Warranties – in months, motor hours, etc.
6. Certificate for origin and quality of the goods should be provided.
7. Balance sheet and financial statement – for the last financial year.
8. Forecasted annual costs for wearing spare parts and consumables for a period of 3 to 5 years, and complete price list of spare parts and consumables for the equipment.
III. CRITERIA FOR CHOOSING OF SUPPLIERS:
1. Price.
2. Price per unit quality (output, warranty);
3. Payment terms.
IV. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS TO THE SUPPLIERS:
1. Submission of references from 3 present clients as well as reference list with clients with addresses and phone numbers, and delivered quantities per year or year of the delivery of the goods with the same parameters.
2. Certificate of good standing.
3. The quotation should be sent in accordance with the established order in the company:

Quotations sent by post should be sealed in the envelope, as the commercial conditions /price and payment terms/ should be placed in the second envelope, inside the big envelope.
The sealed envelope with the quotation or the sent E-mail should have the inscription:
“Quotation for delivery of automated installation for flocculant”
“To be opened (seen) only by the selected for the purpose commission”
Quotation validity – 3 months
4. Quotations should be ranked only in one round.
5. The established in the company order for quotation storage, transparency and adherence to principles, excludes the possibility for any influence to be exercises over a contractor selection or over the quality of the ingoing control through corruption. Moreover, if such attempts are found, the respective officials will be disciplinary dismissed from work and the contracts with the respective partners shall be terminated.
