DearMr.Akram,

Please refer to your application for employment and subsequent interview(s) with us, we are pleased to advise that you have been appointed as a “Relationship Specialist’’, in the Management GradeM6on the following terms and conditions;

COMMENCEMENT OF APPOINTMENT

1.Your appointment will commence from the date you report for duty, which in any case should not be later thanNovember 8, 2010.

2.Your appointment will be subject to your being found medically fit, to the satisfaction of the Company, and your antecedents being verified and found to be satisfactory.

LIABILITY OF SERVICE

3.You may be required, as the Company may decide from time to time, to serve anywhere in Pakistan.

4.Your designation, responsibilities or duties, may be changed from time to time by the Company, as it may deem necessary.

5.You may be transferred, deputed or assigned to any subsidiary, associated firm or sister concern by the Company permanently or otherwise.

PROBATION

6.You will be on probation for a period of Six (6) months in the first instance or until such time as the Company at its sole discretion confirms in writing that you have successfully completed your probationary period.

SALARY

7.Your total emoluments, payable monthly in arrears, shall be Rs.20,000.00 (RupeesTwenty ThousandOnly) as per details given below:

Basic Salary / 13,333.00
House Rent(40%) / 5,333.00
Utilities (10%) / 1,334.00
Total:Rs. / 20,000.00

EMPLOYEES BENEFIT PROGRAMME

8.You will be entitled to participate in the Employees Benefit Program that may beintroduced from time to time and made applicable.

LEAVE

8.1You will be allowed earned leave of fourteen (14) days after completion of one year’s service, for availing your earned leaves you would be required to provide 30 days advance written notice to the company. Un-availed leave cannot be carried forward to the next year nor will be encashed and will lapse automatically if not utilized by the due date.

8.2You will also be allowed Medical Leave of eight (8) days. Casual Leave can be availed as and when required up to a maximum of 10 days in a calendar year. Un-availed Sick/Casual leave(s) cannot be carried forward to the next year nor will be encashed and will lapse automatically if not utilized during the accounting year.

MEDICAL FACILITIES

8.3You will be entitled to medical facilities for yourself and eligible dependants, in accordance with the Company’s rules enforced from time to time.

GRATUITY

8.4You will be entitled to gratuity equivalent to thirty (30) days wages for every completed year of service in accordance with company’s rules.

TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT

9.During the period of probation, your appointment may be terminated without any notice or any payment in lieu thereof.

10.After completion of the probationary period, your appointment may be terminated at any time subject to the following conditions:-

a)If in the Company’s opinion, which shall be final and conclusive in this matter, you are found guilty of dishonesty, misconduct, disorderly behavior, negligence, in-discipline, insubordination, absence from duty without permission or of any other conduct which violates one or more terms of this letter, your services shall be liable to be terminated forthwith without any notice whatsoever or any salary in lieu of notice.

b) After confirmation of service this appointment may be terminated by either party givingone-month notice in writing or salary in lieu thereof.

RETIREMENT

11.You will be due for retirement on attaining the age of sixty (60) years.The retirement age will be calculated on the basis of your National Identity Card and/or as enlisted in your employment form / bio-data. The management may, at its discretion, extend the age of the retirement if you are found medically fit.

THE RULES AND REGULATIONS

12In all other respects, your services will be governed by the rules of theHRSG Outsourcing (Pvt.) Ltd.enforced from time to time.

13.You will not divulge, either directly or indirectly, to any person or body any knowledge or information, which you may acquire concerning the affairs, property enterprise and undertaking of theHRSG Outsourcing (Pvt.) Ltd., its associate companies or subsidiaries. Furthermore you shall not take or remove from the premises of the company without the consent of the management, any data, tables, calculations, letters and or other documents or items of property or confidential information pertaining to the company’s business and/ or affairs, in any form (paper, diskette, tape, CD, optical or magnetic etc)

14.You are required to notify HR Department immediately of any change in your residential address, phone number or in your civil status.

15.You will be responsible for the safe custody and return in good condition and order, of all the company’s property, which may be in your use, custody, care or charge.The company shall have the right to deduct the money value of all such things from your dues and take such other actions as deems proper in the event of your failure to account for such property to the company’s satisfaction.
