For
“Installation/Commissioning of the system will have to be arranged by you/your principals/Indian Agents. Demonstration & working of the complete functionality /features of the supplied unit shall be done after supply at WIHG, Dehra Dun. In case, Installation/Commissioning/training charges are to be paid extra, the same MUST be specified in the offer, failing which the offered rates will be treated as inclusive of installation/commissioning/training charges. Name and postal address of the agency who will provide after sales service MUST be clearly mentioned in your offer. Installation/ Commissioning/Training clauses MUST be clearly mentioned in your offer (both in technical and commercial bids).”

The expenditure towards the transportation of these consignment from WIHG to the respective sites will be borne by our Institute. In case, Installation/Commissioning charges are to be paid extra, the same MUST be specified in the offer, failing which the offered rates will be treated as inclusive of installation/commissioning charges. *Note: Information regarding the readiness of consignment/shipment may be sent to WIHG one month in advance to enable us to do the site preparation.
Addendum:-
50 / DC power supply for Sensors, DAS, GPS for each BBS (08) equipment. / a) All these equipment will be powered through SMF batteries charged through Solar Panel.b) Bidders should provide power calculations for each BBS equipment for power back up for at least 5 days and supply solar panels, Solar Charge controllers and SMF batteries (08 Nos each).
