SCHOOLS MISCELLANEOUS CIRCULAR NO. 126/93
Use of Facilities Provided by 50 Private Clubs
[Note:This circular should be read by -
(a)Heads of all Primary and Secondary schools
for necessary action
(b)Heads of Sections/Colleges/ILE - for information]
Heads of schools are requested to bring the attached information (appendix I, II and III) supplied by the Recreation and Culture Branch to the notice of their staff.
2.As stipulated in the Special Conditions of the Private Recreational Lease, schools may use facilities at these private clubs for organising school activities.

3.Schools wishing to make use of these facilities should apply to the clubs direct with reference to the name of contact person and telephone number provided in the attached information sheet.
4.In order to provide information to the Recreation and Culture Branch on their usage, schools that have made bookings for the facilities are requested to complete appendix IV/appendix V (whichever is applicable) when they receive reply from the private clubs and return it to:
