UNISON U magazine recruitment prize draw terms and conditions

·  To be eligible, you must complete and fulfil the membership documents to become a member of UNISON.

·  Entries are by sending your completed membership forms to Pat Payne, UNISON communications, 130 Euston Road, London NW1 2AY, or by joining online and emailing with your name, address, union membership number and the name and address of the person who recruited you.

·  The closing date for entries is 13 December 2013.

·  One entry is permitted per member. The draw is not open to employees of UNISON and their agents or families or UNISON branch-employed staff and their agents or families.

·  No liability can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged either entered online or posted.

·  The competition includes a prize draw for 2x £1200 worth of Croyde Bay vouchers (subject to availability). 2x Ipads. 10x Kindle 7” 8gb. 10x digital cameras.

·  There is no cash alternative or refund available.

·  The winner of the draw will be selected at random on the 14 March 2014 and notified in writing within 7 days.

·  Winners must still be a member of UNISON by the date of the draw.

·  Any queries relating to this draw should be sent Pat Payne at the above address.

·  The winners may be asked to participate in promotional publicity relating to this promotion.

·  UNISON reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal value.

·  UNISON reserves the right to amend the prize draw terms and conditions and to withdraw the prize at any time.
