We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful team on the Promenade Cheltenham. We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join our team and are looking for hard working, loyal, enthusiastic professionals who feel passionate about doing a good job and are looking for a rewarding position in Recruitment!
Main Responsibilities:
· Searching on job boards
· Qualifying candidates
· Lots of outbound calls
· Arranging interviews and offers for candidates
· Managing client expectations
· Identify, approach, and ultimately represent candidates for niche technical roles
· Manage our internal database and ensure notes/communication are up to date and accurately entered
· Assess candidates, establishing their areas of expertise
· Making placements
· Rate negotiations
· Raising contracts
· Organising contract extensions
· Attend exhibitions as a Datasource Representative
· A full clean UK driving licence is essential for this role!
Salary: £17,000 – £20,000 basic + Commission with OTE’s of £40,000 per annum Depending on Experience
