Indest, Denis / Police Officer 2 / As a result of the implementation of the new protective services pay plan, new officer Bubba Stipe was moved to the new minimum. After completing P.O.S.T. Certification he was given a 10.5% retention pay adjustment. He attained permanent status the next day and received a 4% merit increase. He was then earning more than this more senior officer. Officer Indest will receive a 1% increase for 1 year of Southeastern service.
